Shipping:

We are happy to ship anywhere in Canada, using Canada Post, and we do provide tracking as soon as an order has been sent out. Wherever possible, we try to get packages into the mail within a few days of an order being placed. Typical delivery times are from 3-5 business days. Please note that we aren’t responsible for any delays in delivery. 

Shipping will be automatically calculated when you checkout.

For orders outside of Canada, please consider purchasing through Amazon, or by special order through your local book retailer. Sorry, but at this time, international shipping is prohibitively expensive for a wee publisher like us, and there’s always the possibility of taxes and duty.

Returns and refunds:

We offer a 30 day return window for all orders. However, you will have to cover the cost of return shipping yourself, and the items in the order must be unused, in re-saleable condition. Please ensure that the books have not been damaged in any way before sending them back, or we won’t be able to accept them. Refunds will be issued as soon as return a package is received, to the original method of payment.
